WeGPT Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WeGPT ("Service"), operated by Nextuniq ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

WeGPT is an AI-powered news analysis service that provides:

• WeGPT Micro Perspective (Free): Daily AI-curated news with basic scoring
• WeGPT Professional ($4.99/month): Daily deep analysis with priority content and anomaly recognition
• WeGPT Premium ($9.99/month): Weekly comprehensive analysis with four-dimensional news summary
• WeGPT Enterprise: Custom solutions for enterprise needs

3. Account Registration

1. To access certain features, you must register an account using a valid email address.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. By default, all new users are subscribed to the Free plan.
4. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

1. Free Plan: Available indefinitely with basic features.
2. Paid Plans: Professional ($4.99/month) and Premium ($9.99/month) are billed monthly.
3. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
5. Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

5. Subscription Changes

1. Upgrades: Take effect immediately. Full payment for the new plan is required.
2. Downgrades: Take effect immediately. No payment is required when downgrading. The new plan's price will be charged at your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for any price difference.
3. Cancellation: To cancel your paid subscription, select the Free plan. This will immediately downgrade your account, revoke access to paid features, and no refunds are provided for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service excessively
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to develop a substantially similar or competing product or service

7. Intellectual Property

1. The WeGPT name, logo, and all related content are owned by Nextuniq.
2. The WeGPT Recommendation Score algorithm and our AI analysis methods are proprietary technology.
3. WeGPT analyzes news content from publicly available sources. The original news content belongs to their respective publishers. Our Service provides AI-generated analysis, summaries, and the proprietary WeGPT Recommendation Score, which are our intellectual property.
4. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service.
5. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and analyze the data generated through your use of the Service for the purpose of providing, improving, and developing our services.

8. Termination

1. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
3. We may delete your account data 30 days after termination, except as required by law.
4. You may terminate your account at any time by selecting the Free plan or contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The news content, analysis, or WeGPT scores will be accurate, complete, or timely
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nextuniq regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

14. Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, notices on the Service, and other communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

To withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications, you must stop using the Service. Transactional emails related to your subscription (payment confirmations, renewal notices, etc.) will continue to be sent regardless of your communication preferences.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

16. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Nextuniq. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.

18. Survival

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

19. Changes to Terms

1. We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
2. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
