1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
1.1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, all conditions must be met:
- First Subscription: Must be your first paid WeGPT subscription
- Time Limit: Request made within 7 days of subscription date
- Payment Status: Original payment completed successfully
- Refund Eligibility: You have not used a refund before
1.2. Refund Amount Calculation
Refunds are calculated using the formula:
Refund Amount = Actual Payment Amount - Stripe Processing Fees
Example Calculation:
Original payment: $4.99
Stripe fee calculation: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
2.9% of $4.99 = $0.145
Total Stripe fees = $0.145 + $0.30 = $0.445 ≈ $0.45
Refund amount = $4.99 - $0.45 = $4.54

2. Non-Refundable Situations

- Upgrades: Pay full price for new plan, no prorated refunds
- Downgrades: Take effect immediately, no refunds for price differences

- Content Dissatisfaction: Disagreement with WeGPT Recommendation Scores
2.2. Time-Based Restrictions

Enterprise subscriptions follow custom contract terms. Refunds are governed by individual agreements.
