Our products are sourced from quality suppliers around the world and are carefully screened and quality controlled to ensure that each item meets our customers’ expectations. Currently, all of our products are printed or embroidered in the U.S.A., and orders take approximately 2-4 business days to produce.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs vary based on the supplier’s location, product weight, and dimensions, but since all of our products are printed or embroidered in the U.S.A., the costs remain reasonable. We use reliable shipping companies such as USPS, DHL, and Local Post. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

We are pleased to announce that Nextuniq's new free shipping policy is now in effect! Starting October 19, 2024, all customers located in the contiguous United States will receive free shipping on all orders placed with Nextuniq. This policy is our way of saying thank you for your support and our commitment to making your shopping experience more convenient and cost-effective. Stay tuned to our Shipping Policy page for updates on our shipping policy and more special offers in the future!

1. Order Processing Time: We usually need 2-4 business days to make and produce the items you ordered.

2. Shipping Time: Shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days to deliver the package.

To summarize, expect it to take 7-12 business days from the time you place your order to the time you receive your item.

An email or text message containing a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery service will provide shipment details, scanned checkpoint updates, and all other information needed to track your package. There may be a lag in carrier updates.
We provide an inquiry service for order tracking: Order Tracking If your tracking number has not been updated within the standard timeframes listed above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your orde.

To cancel your order, please notify us within 7 hours of placing your order. after 7 hours, the order will go into processing and cannot be canceled or amended.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants)
- Customized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, personal underwear, socks, etc.)
- Dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases
- Sealed items (e.g., masks) not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
- Gift Cards

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges:
- Return Policy: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. If more than 14 days have passed, we will not be able to process the return or exchange request.
- Return Conditions: the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process: If your return or exchange request is accepted, we will send you specific return or exchange instructions. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
- RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST: Please feel free to contact our customer service team and provide the following information (required):
- Order number
- Detailed video/photos of the product (including tags and original packaging)
- Full shipping address
- EXCHANGE: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the existing item and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted. We do not keep customized items in stock and therefore cannot exchange them directly.
- SHIPPING: Returned items will need to be mailed to the location specified in the return confirmation email and return shipping is at your expense and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safety of your return.
Please note: The return address is not the "ship to" address where you received your package. We reserve the right to waive liability if you return a package to the "Ship To" address.

Payment

At Nextuniq, we support a wide range of secure and convenient payment methods throughStripe. These include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.We are committed to providing you with a secure and easy shopping experience, no matter which payment method you choose.

We will notify you if a refund is approved after we have received and inspected your return.
Refund Process: If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
What is Refunded: If eligible for a refund, the refund will cover only the actual cost of the item paid for, excluding discounts, shipping and insurance.
